Key Responsibilities:
• Execute high-volume recruitment for multiple client sites
• Post jobs and track candidate submissions effectively




• Review resumes and pre-screen candidates thoroughly
• Coordinate and participate in candidate interviews
• Source candidates using ATS, LinkedIn, and Indeed

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in high-volume recruitment
• Experience in hiring field survey technicians
• Proficient in recruitment software and tools
• Solid communication with operational leaders
• Familiar with SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
