Extendicare is seeking a hands-on Environmental Services Manager to lead a team in our long-term care homes across Canada. You will hire, train and engage staff, ensure health and safety compliance, and maintain facilities and equipment in excellent condition.
You will collaborate with the Executive Director and leadership to maximize resident satisfaction, manage budgets, and deliver quality service while upholding company policies and inclusive hiring practices.
