Key Responsibilities:
• Manage operations for multiple cleaning contracts
• Mentor and develop staff to meet company standards
• Seek and secure new business clients
• Prepare and manage proposal submissions
• Maintain compliance with safety standards

Requirements:
• 2-3 years in a supervisory cleaning role
• Strong customer service skills in English & French
• Experience in writing business proposals
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Must have valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
