Randstad Canada is seeking a Mainframe Production Support Specialist in Toronto to lead incident investigations, drive rapid service recovery, and champion operational excellence for global transaction banking.
Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in mainframe support with CICS, DB2, COBOL, MQ, and TWS, plus ITIL experience and solid English communication. Hybrid work in downtown Toronto is available with potential off-hours coverage.
