You will attract, retain and develop a high performing team of 50-100, while driving their personal growth and executing quarterly strategic planning goals with the highest standards in product, profit, workplace and experience.
You will lead and coach a high-performing team, manage budgets and forecasts, and ensure guest satisfaction.
