Key Responsibilities:
• Select modalities for training (eLearning, video, instructor-led)
• Define learning objectives and outcomes
• Coordinate with subject matter experts
• Create instructional assets and guides
• Manage curriculum lifecycle and gather learner feedback

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Excellent written English skills
• Proficient in software documentation development
• Familiar with industrial automation or manufacturing software
