The Salvation Army Grace Manor in Edmonton Centre of Hope is seeking a Shift Lead LPN to oversee resident care and lead the care team. This role focuses on implementing care plans and providing support to Licensed Practical Nurses and Health Care Aides within a faith-based organizational setting.
The Shift Lead LPN will be an active member of the interdisciplinary team, ensuring secure and competent nursing care in line with Edmonton Centre of Hope policies and procedures.
