Dialogue is seeking a Mental Health Intake Agent to join our team on a temporary six-month contract. You will be the clinical first point of contact for members requesting access to mental health services to ensure they are connected with the right qualified.
Through empathetic, brief consultations, you will assess mental health history and communicate the next steps in care. You will document notes in the EMR and help refine the intake experience with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
