Job Title: Packager
Job Description
The Packager works on a fast-paced production line, placing rolls of paper on pallets, covering them with plastic, and ensuring all items are correctly labeled and prepared for shipment. This is an entry-level, hands-on role that requires standing for extended periods and working closely with a teammate to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

Receive rolls of paper coming down the assembly line and prepare them for packaging.

Place plastic coverings over each roll and secure them according to production standards.

Lift and position rolls of paper onto pallets in an organized and stable manner.

Work closely with a partner at the packaging station to coordinate tasks and maintain workflow.

Maintain a steady pace on the packaging line to meet daily production targets.

Perform general labor and production duties as needed to support manufacturing operations.

Follow all safety guidelines, including proper use of required personal protective equipment.

Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.

Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Demonstrate reliability by consistently reporting to scheduled night shifts and being ready to work.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Windsor, CO.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
