This position focuses on delivering planned and spontaneous recreational activities that match residents' interests and abilities. As you build relationships with residents, you will ensure these engagements foster a sense of purpose and community. You will also provide support and leadership within your team to maximize resident involvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships to understand resident interests and needs
• Plan and lead diverse recreation and leisure activities
• Support team members in promoting meaningful engagement




• Foster community partnerships to enhance resident engagement
• Complete assessments and required documentation

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in recreation, therapeutic recreation, or related field
• Experience in providing recreation services in health care
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Previous software experience with Point Click Care and Microsoft Office
• Passion for improving seniors' lives through engagement
