The Josie Hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie - Pastry to lead the pastry station, oversee mise en place, and ensure high-quality pastry production in line with Crescent and Marriott standards.
You will mentor junior staff, assist with menu development, control costs, and uphold food safety and service excellence in a fast-paced kitchen.
