We are seeking an experienced Application Development & Maintenance Support Engineer to support and maintain enterprise healthcare integration applications.

This role is focused on production support, application maintenance, troubleshooting, system monitoring, incident resolution, and continuous operational improvements.

The successful candidate will have strong experience supporting complex enterprise applications and integrations within a production environment.

Hands-on Microsoft Biz

Talk Server experience is mandatory for this role.

Position: Application Development & Maintenance Support Engineer Environment: Enterprise Healthcare Applications Work Mode : % remote Duration: 6 months Key Responsibilities Provide application maintenance and production support for enterprise healthcare integration applications.

Support, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain applications built using Microsoft Biz

Talk Server .

Investigate and resolve application incidents, integration failures, system errors, and production issues.

Monitor Biz

Talk applications, message processing, interfaces, and system performance to ensure operational stability.

Support healthcare integrations using HL7 messaging standards .

Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot applications and integrations using .NET technologies.

Work with XML, XSD, XSLT, web services, APIs, and related integration technologies.

Support and maintain Share

Point-based applications and solutions.





Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventative solutions for recurring issues.

Participate in application enhancements, deployments, patches, upgrades, and system testing.

Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support documentation.

Collaborate with application development, infrastructure, business, and healthcare technology teams.

Identify opportunities to improve application reliability, performance, monitoring, and support processes.

Mandatory Qualifications Strong hands-on Microsoft Biz

Talk Server development, maintenance, and production support experience – MANDATORY.

Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment.

Solid experience with HL7 healthcare integration and messaging .

Hands-on experience with .NET / C# technologies .

Experience with XML, XSD, XSLT and related integration technologies .

Experience supporting or developing Share

Point solutions.

Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities.

Experience with application monitoring, incident management, problem management, and production support.

Ability to diagnose and resolve complex application and integration issues.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Ability to work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and application owners.

Nice To Have Previous experience supporting applications within a healthcare environment .
