The position includes document processing, data entry, policy transfers, and administrative support for underwriting activities across current business, renewals, and endorsements.

The role offers exposure to Guidewire and legacy systems while supporting production goals and broker interactions.





Must Haves 1+ years supporting underwriting or administrative processing functions Data entry within Guidewire and legacy systems for policy processing Excel and ability to learn current systems quickly Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy Nice to Have Personal lines insurance experience Responsibilities Enter data into Guidewire and legacy systems for new business, renewals, and endorsements Process various policy changes under the direction of underwriters and team leads Provide administrative and clerical support to the underwriting team Support broker interactions related to personal lines auto and property accounts Transfer policies through the conversion process Support the team in meeting production goals and targets Assist with additional assigned duties and meet established deadlines
