Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Change Management Specialist to drive organizational change adoption using change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement Join a large-scale business transformation initiative supporting changes to business processes, systems, technology, and organizational structures within a municipal workplace.

This role focuses on developing and implementing change management plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, readiness assessments, and adoption activities across Enterprise Commons delivery teams.

The position works closely with leadership, functional product owners, Human Capital Management teams, and corporate partners to support successful transition outcomes.

Hybrid work is required with aligned in-office collaboration days.

Contract, Edmonton, Hybrid, Working Hours: MST Must Haves 10+ years delivering Change Management initiatives across business transformation projects Enhanced Security Clearance eligibility and ability to work remotely only within Canada Experience conducting stakeholder analyses , organizational readiness assessments,



and change impact assessments Expertise supporting employee adoption , stakeholder engagement, communications, and training alignment Post-secondary education in a related field Nice to Have Experience supporting Enterprise Commons delivery teams Experience coaching executive leaders and people leaders through organizational change Experience integrating change management activities into release management project plans Responsibilities Develop and implement change management plans and strategies Conduct stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments, and impact assessments Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions throughout project initiatives Coach leaders, product owners, and project teams on change management approaches Support communications and training alignment with project and change plans Create and maintain readiness dashboards and contribute to status reports Coordinate alignment of change management plans across delivery teams
