Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Program Manager (5-7 years of experience) to lead onboarding, migration, and implementation of a new social media enablement platform Join a high-visibility initiative supporting digital marketing modernization within a wealth management environment.

This role will lead program delivery activities tied to the implementation of a new social media enablement platform, including onboarding, migration, stakeholder coordination, and change management.

The program supports compliant social media engagement and content distribution for advisors across the business.

The successful candidate will work closely with marketing, compliance, and digital communications stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

organizational effectiveness • Experience supporting change management initiatives Nice to Have: • PMP certification • FI experience or experience working in a regulated environment • Prior experience working with social media management tools Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the social media enablement platform implementation Support onboarding and migration activities related to the new platform Drive change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption planning Track project timelines, milestones, and budget activities throughout the implementation Monitor advisor social media activity to support compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements Prepare executive materials, status updates, and governance documentation Coordinate with marketing, compliance, and digital communications stakeholders throughout program delivery
