Le rôle

Nous recherchons un(e) Technicien(ne) en logistique rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et orienté(e) vers l’action pour assurer la coordination de nos flux de marchandises, de la réception des composants jusqu’à la livraison de nos produits aux clients.

Le poste travaille étroitement avec les équipes de production, d’approvisionnement et de ventes, dans un contexte largement international.

Responsabilités

Expéditions & transport

- Planifier et coordonner les expéditions au Canada et à l’international
- Sélectionner les services de transport selon les coûts, délais et besoins
- Préparer les documents d’expédition et douaniers
- Coordonner les cueillettes et assurer le suivi jusqu’à la livraison
- Gérer les retards, blocages douaniers et problèmes de livraison
- Collaborer avec les transporteurs et courtiers en douane

Réception & inventaire

- Coordonner la réception des matières et composants
- Enregistrer les réceptions et mouvements d’inventaire dans l’ERP
- Maintenir l’exactitude des inventaires et participer aux décomptes physiques
- Assurer le suivi des consommables et du matériel d’expédition

Coordination & amélioration

- Assurer le suivi logistique des commandes clients
- Participer à la planification de production
- Coordonner les priorités avec la production et les ventes
- Maintenir les informations à jour dans l’ERP
- Identifier les problèmes récurrents et contribuer à l’amélioration des processus logistiques

Horaire et rémunération

- Temps plein – 40 heures / semaine
- Salaire : 27 $ à 37 $ / heure, selon l’expérience et les compétences

Exigences

- Formation en logistique, gestion des opérations, chaîne d’approvisionnement ou domaine connexe
- Expérience pertinente en logistique et expédition




- Bonne maîtrise des expéditions internationales, documents douaniers, Incoterms et codes HS
- Bonne maîtrise d’Excel et Outlook
- Expérience avec un ERP
- Expérience avec Odoo : un très grand avantage
- Bilinguisme français / anglais essentiel, à l’oral comme à l’écrit

The Role

We are looking for a Logistics Technician who is organized, detail-oriented, and action-driven to coordinate the flow of goods, from receiving components to delivering finished products to our clients.

The role works closely with our production, procurement, and sales teams in a largely international environment.

Responsibilities

Shipping & Transportation

- Plan and coordinate domestic and international shipments
- Select transportation services based on cost, lead time, and requirements




- Prepare shipping and customs documentation
- Coordinate pickups and track shipments through final delivery
- Resolve delays, customs issues, and delivery problems
- Work with carriers and customs brokers

Receiving & Inventory

- Coordinate the receipt of materials and components
- Record receipts and inventory movements in the ERP
- Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in physical counts
- Monitor shipping supplies and consumables

Coordination & Continuous Improvement

- Manage the logistics follow-up of customer orders
- Participate in production planning
- Coordinate priorities with production and sales
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the ERP
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to improving logistics processes

Schedule & Compensation

- Full-time – 40 hours per week
- Salary: $27 to $37/hour, based on experience and qualifications

Requirements

- Education in logistics, operations management, supply chain management, or a related field
- Relevant experience in logistics and shipping
- Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs documentation, Incoterms, and HS codes
- Good command of Excel and Outlook
- Experience working with an ERP system
- Odoo experience is a significant advantage
- Fluency in both French and English is essential, written and spoken
