IS2 Workforce Solutions is recruiting for experienced Welder/Fitters for a steel manufacturing client in the Holland Landing area. $27–$30/hour – Based on Experience Shifts Available: Days: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Afternoons: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM The Role We are looking for 2 experienced Welder/Fitters , with a strong focus on fitting , to join a busy structural steel manufacturing environment.

Duties Fit and weld structural steel components using MIG welding Read and interpret shop drawings and welding diagrams Measure, position, align, and assemble steel components Work with custom steel components and assemblies Use hand tools, torches,



and other fabrication equipment Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements Requirements 3+ years of structural steel welding and fitting experience Robust fitting skills and MIG welding experience Ability to read and understand shop drawings Experience working in a steel fabrication or manufacturing setting Strong attention to detail Good mechanical aptitude Comfortable with physically demanding work Safety-conscious and reliable Overhead crane and rigging experience CWB certification TSSA tickets Custom steel fabrication experience Hiring Process Qualified candidates will be contacted by our recruitment team and may be invited to complete a weld test with the client.
