Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and process incoming specimen submissions
• Enter case histories into Laboratory Information Management System




• Accept payments from clients during specimen submissions
• Prepare, package, and ship samples to external labs
• Answer telephone inquiries and redirect calls appropriately

Requirements:
• 2-year diploma in Medical Lab Assistant or related field
• 12 months of related experience or equivalent
• Proficient in computer and data entry skills
• Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
