Staples Canada, in partnership with ServiceOntario, brings government services to our store locations. The Customer Support Specialist provides total service solutions, answering questions and solving problems while ensuring customer satisfaction and data privacy.
You will de-escalate concerns with empathy, refer customers to other departments, and support team training. This full time role includes evenings and Saturdays in a retail environment.
