What You'll Do As a Banking Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers calling for support with their banking needs. You'll handle approximately 40-60 inbound calls daily while providing exceptional customer service and building trust with every interaction.
You’ll Help Customers With Account inquiries and everyday banking questions
Online and mobile banking support
Password resets and account access issues
Credit card and transaction inquiries
New account openings
Navigating digital banking tools and self-service options
Resolving customer concerns quickly and professionally
You'll also collaborate with internal partners, identify customer needs,



and contribute to a positive client experience that strengthens long-term relationships.
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Fluent in English and Mandarin OR English and Cantonese
Minimum 6 Months Of Customer Service Experience
Comfortable handling a high volume of customer interactions
Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends
Able to work a hybrid schedule (1 day per week in office)

Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
