Foundation Health is seeking Personal Support Workers to provide in-home and facility-based care. The role includes assisting with bathing, dressing, meals, and light housekeeping, plus companionship and transportation to appointments.
Applicants should have a PSW certificate or equivalent, maintain immunizations, and be able to travel with a vehicle. A background check and CPR/First Aid are required; training and orientation are provided.
