St. Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg, MB is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing services for patients with complex needs in the Renal Resource Team. The role includes leadership within the health care team and coordination of patient care and discharge.
Applicants must be bilingual (English/French) and enrolled in the Manitoba Nephrology Nursing Course; CRNM registration is required. A full time position with in-person duties and a comprehensive orientation is offered.
