Strathcona-Tweedsmuir School is seeking a reliable School Bus Driver and Facility Operator. This dual-role position ensures safe student transportation and maintains a clean, welcoming campus environment.

In this full-time permanent role at STS, you will operate a 2025 Ford Mini-Coach bus for student transportation, working approximately 30-40 hours per month. Your responsibilities also include routine facility maintenance, assisting with events, and conducting daily campus inspections to ensure safety. A key focus is establishing positive interactions within the school community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the Mini-Coach bus for student and community transportation
• Maintain passenger discipline and safety on the bus




• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Perform general facility maintenance and assist with event setups
• Identify and resolve campus safety hazards

Requirements:
• High School Diploma
• Class 4 S endorsed driver’s license
• 1-2 years operating large vehicles
• Practical experience in facilities maintenance
• Solid customer service and communication skills
