Support the Showroom Manager in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing and committed team.
Help establish clear expectations regarding customer service, sales practices, and accountability.
Coach and support team members in developing their product knowledge, sales closing techniques, and customer relationship skills.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented work culture.
Operations Management
Assist in overseeing daily showroom activities, including scheduling, inventory management, and product presentation standards.
Ensure the accurate, organized, and secure management of high-value diamonds and jewellery.
Help implement processes that promote operational efficiency and a high-quality customer experience.
Collaborate with the Showroom Manager and senior management on reporting, performance indicators, and continuous operational improvement.
Opening and development




Play an active role in the opening of Canada's first showroom by helping establish operational standards and best practices.
Act as an ambassador for the company in the local market and contribute to building its reputation.
Support growth initiatives and contribute to the brand's future expansion in Canada.
Requirements Experience in diamonds and fine jewellery is required.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a showroom, retail, or sales-driven environment.
Strong clienteling skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Polished, professional, and confident in client-facing situations.
Comfortable operating in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead by example on the sales floor.
Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
