Extendicare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) at Poseidon Care Centre in Winnipeg, MB, to provide direct resident care and medication administration. The role includes coordinating care plans, documenting assessments, and communicating changes to the DHW/DOC for billings.
You will supervise nursing staff and unregulated care providers and ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include scheduling care conferences, assisting with move-ins/transfers, and educating residents and families.
