Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports that enable stakeholders to slice and analyze data based on varying business needs.

Provide accurate, timely reporting that supports decision-making at all levels, translating complex data into meaningful insights for both senior leadership and business teams, while ensuring reporting consistency, data integrity, and alignment with organizational objectives.

Must Haves 1+ years of experience supporting executive-level reporting and KPI dashboards Postsecondary education (does not need to be relevant) Knowledge of data governance, reporting best practices, and business intelligence standards.

Advanced knowledge of Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, report design, and performance optimization.

Strong experience with Power Automate, workflow development, and process automation.

Demonstrated ability to reverse engineer and improve existing reporting solutions and data flows.

Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.





Proven ability to facilitate stakeholder discussions, influence decision-making, and manage expectations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a continuous improvement mindset.

Experience managing projects, coordinating deliverables, and driving initiatives from requirements through implementation is considered an asset.

Design, troubleshoot, and enhance Power Automate workflows to streamline reporting and operational processes.

Partner with business stakeholders and end users to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and manage competing priorities.

Lead discussions with stakeholders, providing clear recommendations and setting realistic expectations regarding scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Monitor report performance, data quality, and refresh processes to ensure a high level of reliability and accuracy.

Support intake, prioritization, and delivery of reporting enhancements and recent requests.
