Duties
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our offerings and generating interest in our solutions
- Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism, providing detailed information about products and services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring customer needs are met while achieving sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaigns and promote new initiatives effectively
- Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to log interactions, update client information, and track sales progress
- Conduct business development activities by identifying potential B2B (business-to-business) opportunities and expanding our client base
Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is plus point
- Strong negotiation abilities with a focus on closing sales efficiently
- Experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or technical sales is highly desirable
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and inside sales techniques to maximize outreach effectiveness
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer data and tracking activities
- Customer service orientation with the ability to listen actively and address client concerns confidently
- Demonstrated ability to work independently within a team environment, managing multiple priorities effectively
