Telecommunications Manager

Location: Calgary, Alberta

Position: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Telecommunications Manager to lead and support our field technician team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support telecommunications sales initiatives, with a strong focus on TSP sales.
- Use your sales experience to coach, train, and mentor technicians on effective sales techniques.
- Educate technicians on how to identify customer needs and recommend the right telecommunications products and services.
- Help technicians build confidence in presenting and explaining products, promotions, and available services to customers.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance and provide coaching to improve results.
- Develop strategies to increase sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Work closely with technicians to identify challenges and provide practical solutions to improve sales performance.





Qualifications
- Previous management or leadership experience in telecommunications.
- Strong knowledge of fibre, Internet, TV, and telecommunications installations.
- Experience managing field technicians is an asset.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel between work locations when required.
