We have two openings: One position will cover the following DaVita locations: Brookshire - Charlotte, NC Fort Mill - Fort Mill, SC South Charlotte - South Charlotte, SC Lancaster - Lancaster, SC The other position will cover: Anson County - Wadesboro, NC Charlotte East - Charlotte, NC Mint Hill Hill - Mint Hill, NC Union County - Monroe, NC Crooked Creek - Indian Trail, NC Pageland - Pageland, South Carolina Schedule: Three to four/10-12 hour days/week/e/o Saturday.

Start time: 4:30a-5:00a Responsibilities: Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes Collaborate with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options Float to nearby clinics as needed; flexible schedule required What to Expect: Fast-paced,
