It’s an exciting time to join the team at Hydro One! You will be a member of the above group, which is responsible for: Acquisition of current property rights (fee simple or easement) for transmission line, transformation and distribution line work,



including acquiring/releasing easements on private properties dealing with encroachments on transmission and distribution properties managing low voltage rights Market investigation and valuation Providing land rights management services for electrical transmission and distribution facilities across the province, including: negotiating licenses/leases for secondary land uses on corridor lands owned by the Provincial Government or the Company dealing with encroachments on transmission and distribution properties acquiring/releasing easements on private properties managing low voltage rights managing property tax payments.

Reviewing and responding to municipal planning circulations that may affect Hydro One transmission assets.

Managing payments for easement rights on lands over which the Company's transmission or distribution lines cross.
