What you’ll do: This is a hands-on working supervisor role.

You will work side-by-side with the team, providing direction, support, and leadership while actively participating in daily operations.

You will lead by example and help ensure a positive customer experience, strong store standards, and a productive team workplace.

The position requires flexibility to work a rotation of day and evening shifts, including weekends.

Key responsibilities are but not limited to: Acts as the person in charge of any operational requirements including training and direction of staff, Point of Sale and system operation, equipment operation.

Oversees warehousing protocols and inventory management.

Leads staff to follow, display and maintain local and central promotions as directed by Manager.

Ensures compliance by staff with performance and operation standards and provides performance feedback and coaching.

Responsible to provide information, assistance, and exceptional customer service to all customers.

Who you are: You are looking for a career in retail/food service and you have: Grade 12 or equivalent 1-2 years’ experience in a retail and/or customer service environment in a supervisory position.
