Leclerc Biscuits, a family-owned manufacturer, is seeking an HR Recruiter to join at the plant. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will lead recruitment, manage the full hiring cycle, and support generalist HR activities including employee relations and performance follow-up.
You will coordinate recruitment and onboarding, advise managers on labor market trends, monitor probation periods, and contribute to HR governance and continuous improvement while upholding company values.
