Charger Logistics Inc. in Brampton, ON is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support LATAM operations. You’ll manage onboarding to offboarding for corporate staff and shop teams, handle employee relations, payroll changes, leaves, and policy communications.
You’ll ensure compliance with Ontario ESA, OHSA and Human Rights Code, maintain Workday records, and contribute to a quick-paced, growth-oriented HR team within a large North American carrier.
