As a Business Analyst on the Professional Services team, you will work directly with finance leaders at client organizations to implement and configure Prophix One, our Financial Performance Platform. You will be guided by senior consultants as you build your skills across short-term implementation projects, product training, and client problem-solving. This is a role for someone early in their career who brings financial literacy, genuine curiosity, and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders from day one.

What You Will Do
Client Delivery and Implementation

Participate in remote and on-site implementations of Prophix solutions, including configuration, setup, and go-live support

Deliver product training to client teams, helping finance users understand and adopt Prophix One capabilities

Respond to client inquiries about business problems and translate them into practical solutions with guidance from senior staff

Work across multiple short-term consulting engagements concurrently, managing your own tasks and timelines

Client Relationship and Communication

Engage directly with client stakeholders, including CFOs, VPs of Finance, and other senior finance staff, in a professional and confident manner

Proactively identify and elevate customer issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Provide product expertise and guidance to both internal team members and external customers

Internal Project Support





Contribute to internal project work under the direction of the Skilled Services team

Take direction from senior consultants and apply feedback to improve your delivery approach over time

What You Will Bring

Required Qualifications

A degree or diploma in accounting, finance, business, economics, or a related field, plus 0–2 years of relevant experience. Co-op terms and internships count toward that experience.

Working knowledge of accounting fundamentals under IFRS, ASPE, or US GAAP. You can read and explain the three core financial statements and how they connect.

Intermediate Excel skills, including lookups, SUMIFS, and pivot tables, and you’re comfortable cleaning large datasets.

Proven ability to manage several concurrent deliverables and to communicate clearly with senior finance stakeholders, both in writing and in meetings.

Responsible use of AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude for research, drafting, or data review.

Ability to work hybrid from our Etobicoke office and travel to client sites as needed. You must also be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands‑on exposure to a CPM or FP&A; platform such as Prophix One, Anaplan, Vena, Planful, or OneStream.

Exposure to an ERP system such as Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or Sage Intacct, or experience supporting a budget, forecast, or month‑end close.

Basic SQL, Power Query, or Power BI skills.

Client‑facing or training experience, such as consulting, customer success, tutoring, or delivering presentations.

Progress toward a CPA or CFA designation.

Compensation
The total target compensation for this role is $73,000 CAD to $82,000 CAD, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, location, and internal equity.
