As a Talent Acquisition Advisor reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will drive the recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. You will collaborate with managers to outline staffing requirements and execute effective attraction strategies. Additionally, you will contribute to employer branding and monitor recruitment performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define staffing needs with management and create job profiles
• Develop attraction strategies using various platforms and networking
• Manage the recruitment cycle including interviews and candidate assessment




• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Support onboarding processes for newly hired employees

Requirements:
• 3-5 years in talent acquisition, preferably in technical environments
• Bilingual in English and French; Spanish/Portuguese is a plus
• Deep understanding of recruitment cycles and attraction methods
• Proven organizational skills and autonomy
• Experience with ATS systems and data analysis
