Requirements Health & Safety: Experience with health & safety administration in a work environment.
Administrative Experience: Minimum 1 year of administrative experience including computer work.
Safety Commitment: Ability to successfully satisfy all company standards for safety-sensitive operational roles.
Reliability: Strong attendance record and flexibility to support operation needs.
Responsibilities Prepare driver files, create health and safety materials and present to staff, ensure health and safety standards are complied with, follow up on training, etc.
Service Quality: Maintain high health and safety standards, customer service standards, and vehicle cleanliness.
Regulatory Compliance: Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, municipal bylaws, company safety policies, and required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) standards.
Team Collaboration:



Work closely with Drivers and staff to support smooth, efficient daily operations.
Additional Duties Additional Duties: Perform other operational duties as assigned by leadership.
