Job Description The Senior Business Consultant is the strategic lead for the knowledge management workstream.

This person owns the Requirements Matrix, sets the direction of the discovery effort, and is accountable for the decision-grade output the client will use to determine whether Genesys Cloud can carry their knowledge management requirements or whether a gap justifies a broader tool evaluation.
