or equivalent Agile certification strongly preferred.

Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in project management, including strategic planning, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement Knowledge of HR transactions Demonstrated success in leading complex projects with significant business impact Strong experience in business case development and budget ownership Proven teamwork Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across functions.

Experience applying Agile methodologies in large-scale environments Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Advanced financial and analytical capabilities.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence).

Ability to manage ambiguity and drive results in a dynamic setting.

Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
