About the Role Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Sales Operations Specialist to join their fully remote team. This role is essential in supporting the sales team by streamlining operations, managing sales tools, and improving overall efficiency. You will work closely with sales leadership and other departments to ensure the smooth execution of sales processes and initiatives. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and possesses a strong understanding of sales enablement technologies, thriving in a structured, remote work setting.
Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize the company's CRM system, ensuring data integrity and user adoption.
Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts to provide actionable insights.
Support the sales team with tools, resources, and process documentation.
Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members on operational processes and tools.
Identify and implement improvements to sales processes and workflows for increased efficiency.




Collaborate with marketing and finance teams on lead management, pipeline reporting, and commission tracking.
Requirements Proven experience in sales operations , sales support, or a related analytical role.
