Key Responsibilities:
• Review and process supplier and trade invoices for payment
• Ensure compliance with payment terms and resolve vendor queries
• Reconcile contract values and process subtrade invoices




• Ensure timely collection of accounts receivable
• Assemble client billing packages following approval procedures

Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum three years of construction accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of ERP systems; Jonas Premier preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
