Junip is seeking a customer support-focused individual to own all post-sign-up activities, including support, escalations, feedback, and documentation. You will interact with customers via chats, calls, and emails, while optimizing operations and AI support tooling, reporting to the CEO.
You will help scale customer experiences, improve help docs, and drive customer satisfaction across our growing platform, with an emphasis on explicit communication and proactive problem-solving.
