As an individual contributor reporting to the Manager of Retail Applications, you will manage the Retail application portfolio. You’ll provide level 3 support for PDI Retail systems, working closely with business units to improve processes and ensure application efficiency. Your insights during major application issues will be valuable to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and resolve complex retail application issues
• Serve as primary liaison during critical outages
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess technical impacts
• Create runbooks and knowledge articles for support
• Mentor current team members in operational workflows
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of application support experience
• Basic SQL writing skills for troubleshooting
• Experience with multiple business areas
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to manage projects under tight deadlines
