Compensation: Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses

A successful Desjardins Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Insurance & Financial Services Specialist - Desjardins Agent Team Member. Responsibilities:
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and the sale of appropriate products and services
Work with the agent and other Team Members to establish and meet/exceed stated sales goals/targets
Respond to client questions and concerns including: coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, billing concerns, etc.

Qualifications And Experience
OTL or RIBO and/or LLQP License preferred but not required at the time of interview
OTL will need to be obtained prior to start date at applicant cost with employer reimbursement after meeting set employment criteria
LLQP will be required within 3 months of employment start date




Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Proactive in problem-solving
Ability to multi-task
Ability to make presentations to potential customers
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to work in a Team workplace
You are required to have a valid driver's license
You will be subject to a Criminal Record and Consumer History background check as a condition of employment, in the event you are the successful candidate
