LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Landscape Construction Manager is a results-driven appointment, crucial for the successful execution of our landscape projects and related logistical and operational tasks. This position plays a key role in our turnkey design-through-build process, focusing on quality, workflow efficiency, site safety, and productivity. It is also instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the company’s reputation for landscape creativity and excellence.

ESSENTIAL TALENTS + QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 4 years of supervisory or managerial experience in landscape design-build projects.

Comprehensive knowledge of hardscape and softscape materials, including expertise in their installation procedures.

Solid leadership, organizational, and interpersonal capabilities for fostering and enhancing relationships with clients and trade experts.

Proven track record in managing and facilitating the growth of divisional operations and achieving budgetary objectives.

Manage production schedules, uphold quality build standards and processes,



while demonstrating proficient project troubleshooting capabilities.

Enthusiastic and conscientious goal-oriented team player with attention to detail

Valid class 5 driver’s license and ability to safely operate compact construction equipment and machinery.

PREFERRED PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

DEC or DEP or equivalent certificate in landscaping and horticulture.

First-aid/safety certified.

SALARY RANGE
Starting at $ 31.50 - $ 37.75/hr. depending upon experience + skillset.
