Napoleon Group of Companies is seeking a Team Leader for Facilities to drive maintenance across multiple manufacturing locations. You will lead technicians, plan daily tasks, and ensure secure and compliant operations.
Responsibilities include supervising preventive and corrective work, coordinating with the supervisor, and maintaining energy efficiency across building systems. Experience in manufacturing maintenance and leadership is required.
