Gay Lea is seeking an HSE Implementation Manager to lead the rollout and continuous improvement of Health, Safety and Setting programs across multiple sites. You will collaborate with operations, site leadership, and contractors to embed HSE requirements into daily work and ensure consistent application.
The role combines strong HSE knowledge with project implementation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement to strengthen safety culture and reduce risk across the organization.
