Your focus will be on business analysis, process mapping, and software configuration to streamline operations. Travel may be necessary for client engagements across the U.S. and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define and document customer business requirements
• Facilitate discovery sessions to capture use cases
• Analyze client processes and create functional specifications




• Configure software workflows to improve efficiency
• Conduct training sessions for end-users

Requirements:
• 5+ years in software configuration and business analysis
• Robust communication skills in a customer-facing role
• Experience with local government processes preferred
• Post-secondary education in technology or equivalent
• Ability to travel 15% within Canada and the U.S.
