You will facilitate Employment Skills training, coach participants, and support employment placements for youths facing barriers. The role involves creating workshop schedules, tracking progress, and coordinating with employers to secure external work placements.
You will travel to off-site locations, maintain participant files, and provide weekly coaching sessions to ensure successful outcomes for youth up to age 30.
