This role calls for a hands-on HR professional with at least three years of experience, particularly in retail environments. Your proactive approach will help address employee relations, performance management, and coaching for development.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of 3 years HR experience, 1-2 years in retail
• Robust knowledge of Canadian employment legislation
• Experience in onboarding and performance conversations
• Comfortable in fast-paced retail settings
