Our consumer business client is seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to support Salesforce data model refactoring using Salesforce Service Cloud and Person Accounts Join a large-scale Salesforce transformation initiative focused on modernizing customer data architecture and supporting the future of a Membership and Loyalty platform.

This role is centered on discovery, analysis, and impact assessment across a complex Salesforce ecosystem including Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, integrations, and third-party applications.

The project involves transitioning from a traditional Contact/Account model to Person Accounts while assessing dependencies and downstream impacts across enterprise systems.

The initial contract runs through December 31, , with a likelihood of extension into .

Contract until Dec 31 will likely extend into next year.

PST Must Haves 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or Technical Business Analyst on enterprise-scale initiatives Salesforce Service Cloud and Person Accounts expertise Business analysis including workshops, requirements gathering, user stories , and functional documentation Integrations , system dependencies , and discovery-focused project experience Salesforce Certifications Nice to Have Experience with large Salesforce data migration to Person Accounts Experience supporting Membership and Loyalty platform initiatives Experience working with Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Loyalty Cloud Responsibilities Lead discovery sessions and workshops with business and technical stakeholders Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements Create user stories, process flows, system maps, and functional documentation Identify assumptions, gaps, risks, and system dependencies Map Salesforce object relationships and integration impacts Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Developers, and QA throughout the project Support testing and validation activities
